Cristina Dacchille is a staff attorney with the Medical-Legal Partnership | Boston (MLP | Boston) at Boston Medical Center. Ms. Dacchille coordinates MLP | Boston’s direct and systemic advocacy around benefits law, including Food Stamps, disability benefits, cash assistance and health insurance. Ms. Dacchille recently completed a two-year Equal Justice Works Fellowship in which she focused on the intersection of immigration law and public benefits access, developing expertise in immigrant eligibility for benefits and the impact of benefits access on pending immigration cases.

Prior to joining MLP | Boston, Ms. Dacchille worked as a victim advocate with several organizations in the greater Boston area, including the Domestic Violence Institute at Boston Medical Center and Murder Victims’ Families for Reconciliation. She also spent one year serving in the Jesuit Volunteer Corps as a community organizer. Ms. Dacchille is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, MA, and received her B.A. from Loyola College (MD), where she graduated summa cum laude.
